Kindezi to hire Chief Financial and Operating Officer
 
Thanks to our recent Walton Family Foundation Grant, The Kindezi School’s Founding Board is moving forward with plans to hire a Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO) to begin full-time work with the school in January of 2009.  As a member of Kindezi's three person administrative staff which includes a principal, CFOO, and administrative assistant, the CFOO will work during the school's pre-operational year (2008-2009) to develop an operations plan for the school and seek contracts necessary for school opening in August, 2009.  Once the school opens, the CFOO will have substantial contact with the Kindezi Board of Directors, facilitate two teacher-leader committees, and oversee various aspects of school operations and finances.
 
All candidates applying will need to have a minimum of a bachelors degree in business, accounting, or finance with four years of experience OR ten years of documented financial and operations experience.
